What’s happening in our space:We have recently partnered with I Am Hope – these guys do an amazing job, working tirelessly with our children and young people for their wellbeing. As with most charities, they struggle with the day-to-day cost of running the organisation and I was honoured when they accepted our proposal to become a strategic partner. This newsletter is mainly about them and the article from Rick Wells MBE (kiwi multi-sport legend) around their Kiwisaver initiative which is a great idea to support a fantastic charity. |

Please feel free to pass this onto friends, family and work colleagues. Let’s all help them to help our tamariki.
The market: An update on what we are seeingThe significant rate raises in the commercial material damage and business interruption lines have flattened out and we are doing a lot of remarketing in this area to get the best possible terms available. The domestic lines are having increases from some companies so once again, we are doing repricing with these as well. There are players in the market looking for new business in the commercial space and we have picked up a few accounts recently by just doing what we do best…looking after people “The Primesure way”. One large international broker has decided to sell a very large chunk of their domestic clients to AMI – a direct insurance company. If you hear of or know anyone that’s now not getting personal service then please feel free to point them our way. |
